you may not be as fanatical asme or the president and you might not be ableto do it every day, but working out a couple ofdays a week will make a huge difference, particularlyfor young people, just getting up and moving. it doesn't haveto be complicated, but if you're moving at somepoint every day, every week, it's going to mean the world ofdifference to your health and to your future.
